Frequencies & predictions
IMPORTANT NOTE:
During our stay at Jan Mayen island we will experience polar day with sun not setting 24/7. This will make 160 and 80m totally unusable. That's why we have decided to drop those bands and to focus on those, where we can provide more contacts to the ham radio society. Additionally, 40m band will be affected by polar day, too. However we will try to check that band with a hope it will be usable during our stay.
We will be QRV with emphasis on CW & RTTY + some SSB and PSK63 activity - if time/conditions permit.
IMPORTNAT NOTE:
Our operating frequencies is a subject of change.
